Is the $149 website custom, or is it a template?
It is custom. Every site is designed around your business, content, and goals. Core has a smaller page scope, but it is not a recycled theme or DIY builder.
Is this a lease, or do I own the website?
You pay a setup fee, then a flat monthly price for 12 months. After 12 paid months the website files, content, and design assets are yours. If you stay, the monthly price stays the same.
What if I cancel early?
The minimum is 12 months. If you cancel before that, you pay the remaining months of the minimum, then the files transfer. If you cancel within 30 days and the site has not launched, the setup fee is refunded.
What counts as a small edit?
A small edit is a request to change text, photos, or links on a page you already have. Core includes up to 2 of those requests a month. Full and Growth include unlimited small edits. A new page or a redesign is separate work. Growth includes new page and content work each month.
What is included in Google Ads management?
Growth includes management of one Google search campaign, for up to $3,000 a month in managed ad spend. You pay Google directly for the clicks. The minimum ad budget is $15 a day. The Growth price covers the management. It does not cover the clicks.
What does Search Console setup include?
Full and Growth include Google Search Console setup, ownership verification, sitemap submission, and access configured under your Google account. Search Console is a free Google tool that shows how your site is found, indexed, and performing in search.
What is included with Yext Business Listings?
Growth includes setup and management of Yext Business Listings to keep your core business information consistent across supported directories and platforms. Any Yext subscription fee is a separate third-party cost unless your proposal specifically says it is included.
How do the review invites work?
Full and Growth include a Google review campaign. We send email invites and give you a QR code that opens your Google review page. We invite every customer. We do not only ask the people who already sound happy.
Who owns the domain?
The domain is registered in your name from day one. You can transfer it. You pay the renewal fee.
What happens after 12 months?
After 12 paid months, you receive the website files, content, and design assets. Stay month to month at the same price, or take the files elsewhere. Hosting and support are part of the monthly price for as long as the plan is active.
How fast does the site go live?
Core goes live in 7 business days once your content is ready. Full and Growth go live in 14 business days once your content is ready. Your launch date is guaranteed. If we miss it, your first month is on us.
