How does the process work?
We keep things fairly simple. You work directly with our studio, and we take care of the technical details.

Tell us about your business
We will talk about what you do, who your customers are, and what you need your website to accomplish. If you already have a website, we will review it. If you are starting from scratch, that is fine too.

We design and build your website
We will organize the pages, work with your branding and content, and create a design around your business. You will be able to review the website before it goes live and request adjustments.

We launch it and take care of the rest
Once everything is approved, we handle the launch, hosting, technical setup, and ongoing maintenance. When you need changes, you can contact us directly.

Frequently asked questions
Should I hire a web designer or build my own website?
That depends on your budget, your time, and how comfortable you are doing the work yourself. Wix and Squarespace can be perfectly good options for a simple DIY website. But you are responsible for the design, content, setup, and most of the troubleshooting. If you would rather focus on running your business, hiring a designer takes that work off your plate.
Can you redesign my existing small business website?
Absolutely. Many of our projects are redesigns of existing websites. We review what you have, keep what is working, and rebuild what needs improving. We also take care of migrating your content and setting up redirects for existing URLs.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Our Full and Growth plans include an editing dashboard where you can manage text, images, services, and blog posts. Core clients can add the same functionality for a $500 one-time fee. Or you can send us the changes. That works too.
How long does it take to build a small business website?
Core websites launch within 7 business days once we have the necessary content and materials. If we miss that deadline, your first month is free. Full websites typically launch within 14 business days once content is ready. Larger projects have their own agreed timelines.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build every website with technical SEO in mind, so search engines can discover and understand your pages. However, no web designer can guarantee first-page rankings. Those depend on competition, content, your business online presence, and ongoing SEO work.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. After completing the 12-month minimum, the website files, content, and design assets are yours. You can continue working with us or move to another provider.
Do you only work with businesses in Idaho?
Not at all. We work with businesses in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, throughout Idaho, and across the United States. Most of our projects are handled remotely, so your location does not make much difference.
