Full-size files. A light gallery.
Yohan Pelletier photographs the Royan coast. Long exposures, prints, a gallery he wanted to look like the work. We moved him off WordPress. The camera files stay full-size. Visitors get a sized version. The homepage stays under 600 KB.
The work was the photos.
The site was a blog.
Yohan already had a look. Navy, script logo, his own type. WordPress never quite wore it. The gallery was the whole point. Full exports went on the page the way a blog dumps attachments.
He needed a site that felt like the prints, a way to add a new shoot without calling a developer, and a path for people who want to buy one. Instagram and Facebook matter more than articles. They sat in widgets.

Full files, light pages
He keeps the print-ready files. The site serves a version sized for the screen. The largest export was 2.5 MB. On the page it is 48 KB.
Looks like the work
Same navy, same script logo, same type. Right-click and drag are blocked so files are harder to lift. Instagram and Facebook are photos that go to his accounts, not widgets.
He adds the next shoot
New photos go in through a CMS built for the gallery. Print inquiries land in email. Old WordPress links still reach the new pages.
Photo-heavy.
Still fast.
